Jukka Sintonen
Jukka is a seasoned entrepreneur and industry professional with extensive experience in new product development across both multinational corporations and smaller technology firms. Over the years, he has successfully led teams in creating sophisticated, patented technology solutions that have been adopted by major players across various industries. Jukka has extensive experience in scaling businesses from startup to successful exits.
Being an EV owner himself for almost 10 years, Jukka knows from experience that Level 1 charging is the best “fit for purpose” solution and all that owners would ever need at home.
As a CEO with deep expertise in product innovation, business development and executive management, Jukka is excited to lead and be part of this new venture, which aims to revolutionize EV charging in apartment buildings.
Dean Eislers
Dean is an electrical engineer with 20+ years experience in the buildings sector leading large multi-disciplinary teams across a wide range of sectors. After working in large consultancies for many years, Dean formed his own electrical engineering consultancy and has joined ReadySteadyPlug as CTO.
With an extensive buildings design background, being an EV owner and having lived and worked in strata environments for many years, Dean understands the pain points and how these can be solved efficiently.
Saku Koskinen
Saku is a senior marketing leader specialising in brand positioning, digital marketing, and growth strategy for technology-led businesses. He has a strong track record of building clear market positioning, strengthening digital performance, and aligning marketing with long-term business growth.
At ReadySteadyPlug, Saku supports the executive team across brand, digital, and growth, helping shape how the platform is positioned, communicated, and scaled in the market.
David McEwen
An experienced property and construction project manager and risk manager with extensive work in energy efficiency and electrification, David has been involved in EV charging initiatives from Level 1 to the ultra-fast Megawatt Charging Standard (MCS, used with heavy trucks). He has advised on projects ranging from small residential to multi-billion developments such as Macquarie Group’s Metro Martin Place station and office/retail precinct in central Sydney.
He is also involved in EV and electrification policy and advocacy for several community groups. David holds an MBA from AGSM and is assisting RSP as it scales up.
Tiina Carpenter
Tiina is a results-driven leader with 20 years of international experience in Operations, Consulting, Project Management and Strategy. As the VP of Strategy and Business Development at ReadySteadyPlug, she focuses on executing strategic initiatives to drive business growth and optimise operations. A creative problem solver and critical thinker, Tiina excels in strategic planning, analysis, and solution implementation.
